We had been very dissatisfied with a 2008 T & C van we purchased used and "tweeted" as such. We received a "tweeted" response from Pamela at the executive/corporate level to attempt to make it right. we purchased used and "tweeted" as such. We received a "tweeted" response from Pamela at the executive/corporate level to attempt to make it right. We visited Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge and received absolutely top notch service from Tracy Alter and "Rob" in sales, who despite being very busy with customers all day, worked with us until closing until we were satisfied with our deal. We then worked with John and Rob in finance to close the deal. We were the last customers in the building when we finally left, but never felt rushed out. In conclusion, I'd like to say after owning and/or leasing Chrysler vehicles for 20-30 years with ups and downs, we had become disenfranchised and were on the brink of moving on from the brand forever. Thanks to the staff at Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Tracy Alter in particular, our faith has been restored in a company that is showing they really care about total customer satisfaction. I had two things that were important to me. Price and seat height. I was worried about buying a car for the first time on my own since my divorce. I really didn't need to worry. We had such a wonderful experience with Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy. I worked with Jim on the phone for the week before we came to pick up our new Jeep. He was very friendly on the phone and super responsive about returning calls quickly. He was able to find a Jeep that fit our needs and budget and we were able to go in the day that we planned on. Once we met Jim in person was just just as friendly and had planned ahead so the car was washed and out front waiting for us. The paper work section that was done by his co-worker, John (sorry I am not 100% sure of his name) was equally as nice and professional. This was the best experience I have ever had leasing a new car. This is my 5th Jeep lease and the third dealership I've been with. Suburban is about a 45 minute drive for us but I would gladly drive that far and pass several on the way to get the great service that Jim and the rest of the Suburban staff provided. I plan to be back to Suburban in three years for our next Jeep and to tell all of our friends and family to head out there for their next car! More
