Low pressure sale. I felt I received a fair deal on my purchase. The salesman, John Gessner, was great to work with. I drove an hour to the dealership and it was worth it. I didn't get the 'salesman ride' while I drove the vehicle(s). I was able to test drive the vehicle by myself... who knew?!? Just like the old days! John actually had another vehicle ready so I could compare. Due to a couple of financing issues with the dealership, I came back first thing in the morning. My vehicle was ready and 1.5 hours later I was rolling out of Sunshine with my new (used) Toyota! They even said when I am back in B.C. to stop in grab a cup and get a wash... on them!! I will definitely be back for future vehicles at Sunshine Toyota Battle Creek, and Thank you John! More

When we arrived, John Gessner provided excellent help throughout the purchasing process. No pressure, just answered all our questions and took care of the details.
