When a friend of mine suggested I talk to Bridgette I decided to go. This girl is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, comforting, friendly and most of all listens to what you are saying. She walked me through several models to fit my needs and helped me through my first lease with a lot of information and suggestions. Bridgette is truly a natural at what she does. There was never a time she made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Everyone in this dealership is extremely friendly and it is family-run. We currently own a GMC truck so we started looking to see what vehicles Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC Dealership had on their lot. We narrowed it down to two, the Buick Enclave or Cadillac SRX. Manny Pece was our Sales Consultant. We made an appointment to test drive the two vehicles and ended up driving many vehicles with no complaints from Manny. In the end we chose the Cadillac. Manny couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. He treated us like we were family. Every Sales Consultant, Business Manager. we encountered were very friendly, making sure we had a pleasant experience with them. I was interested in trading in my 2010 Ford Escape. I wasn't sure exactly what make or model I wanted to purchase. I was sure I wanted to go back to driving a car vs an suv. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several sales people who asked if I needed any help. I wanted to see if Manny Pece wasn't busy because I wanted to see if he could help me and give me some advice regarding the cars I might be interested in on your lot. Manny did just what I asked he gave me all the information I needed and I was able to test drive the cars I liked. In doing this I was able to make an informative decision on what vehicle would suit my needs best. Manny was very informative and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions in a polite manner. Your other employees such as Donald Cook, Bridgette Guarneri, and John Golestani. made our car buying a pleasant experience as well. The financial personnel you have employed are very easy to deal and again very informative. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this dealership. PS I love driving my Buick Verano. I had initially spoken to Mke but when I got to the appointment we had made, he had other clients that were supposed to have come in much earlier so he inttroduced Justin Cook to me to take over. Justin was extremely pleasant and we went out to look at cars and go for some rides. He explained the differences between the Malibu and he Impala and after some rides and discussion, I decided on an Impala. We went back to his desk and we talked money and coverage and what pre-owned certified meant. I was very pleased wih Justin. At the end of our meeting, he had to leave and a John took over the rest of the paperwork. I got to talk to Don Cook and he was very pleasant also. When John and I finished up and I was ready to leave, Mike came over to apologize for his not being able to take care of me and said he hoped all went well. I must say that all th gentlemen I spoke to were extremely wonderful and Justin was just fabulous. He took time with me when picked up the car to explain all the instruments and got all the phone, music, on-star, etc. ready to go for me. I found this car buying experience a wonderful one for me. I am a widow and although I had a friend with me, I was on my own financally, etc. Justin made things so easy for me and I am very appreciative to him. I have already recommended the dealership to one of my son's staff at his residence house. He loved my Impala! Thank you Hudson GMC for all your help, friendlines and kindness, especially to Justin.
