John is very personable and easy to work with. Alicia Taylor made the finance process simple and quick. She also made us feel comfortable and confident that we had made the best decisions for us. I personally do not care for the point of sale addon (warranties, protection packages, options,...). It is the one part of purchasing a car experience that I dislike the most. John new this from our previous purchase with him a few years back. John did his job and presented those addons to us, but did not pressure or persist once I had communicated my decision. Do I spent a little more than I would have liked, I am very happy with the vehicle and purchase experience. We will very likely be returning to Ed Martin Toyota for our next vehicle purchase. More

Their prices on new cars are already pretty low so there is not a lot of haggling needed. Their service department is friendly and efficient. One opportunity for improvement is stop trying to push the extended warranty. During the review process, the warranty options were offered without even displaying the "none of the above" option. Extended warranties are not a good investment. More

I had searched on line for trucks, wanted to do side by side comparisons of Silverado LTZ. I needed to down-size my truck but wanted to get as close as possible to the features of my truck. John lined up three trucks to check out including the Chevrolet Colorado I had checked out online...after 4 hours of comparisons I ended up purchasing a 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I would recommend John if you are looking for a no-hassle low pressure professional to work with. More
