We walked in one day to test drive the Highlander and Forerunner and started working Many thanks to John Goodpaster for a terrific buying experience. We walked in one day to test drive the Highlander and Forerunner and started working with John by chance. So glad we did! John was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out highlights of the vehicle. We took the Highlander for a spin with very little fuss, no hard sell, he just let the vehicle do the talking. When we came back in, John explained the transparent pricing policy at this dealership - what a refreshing change from the typical hard sell we’ve received so many times before elsewhere! We left to think on it, and had only one courtesy call from John. No pushing whatsoever, but very helpful. After a few days, we’ve gave John a call and let him know we’d decided on the Highlander- just a matter of color and what they can give us on the trade in. When we came in, He was prepared with color options and the decision was made. A very professional and friendly young man named Dustin explained the trade in particulars and gave us a very fair deal with a minimal amount of dealing, all that was left was the paperwork. In steps John Hiatt who got the technicalities prepared and executed - and after some great conversation, we were off in our brand new vehicle! Overall, I cannot say enough about the very pleasant experience we had that day. They made dropping a chunk of change as painless as could hope for! They are willing to haggle (a little) but actually their prices are quite competitive. Wife and I pretty much liked everything and we walked out satisfied with the HRV we purchased .
