As we narrowed in on the brand of vehicle we had to chose where we would take our business. Since we had a few we could choose from we went to different ones to see which would work best. Ed Martin stood as the best to work with. From the staff to the facilities this was a great place. We were taken care of. It was a Saturday when we had to come for the final arrangements so there was a lot going on. A little bit of patience on our part and recognition for it from the staff made the time there, though long, comfortable. I would like to thank our sales person John, our financial assistant Bryce (less than a week on site and did a great job), and the managers who said hello as we were there past the closing our to wrap things up. A shorter comment would be, these people did a very good job and made sure we were happy with the vehicle before working on the purchase. That we had what we wanted. Thanks. More

He made the experience of having to replace our car after an accident so much easier than expected. He put us at ease and was friendly and professional. John answered all of our questions and showed us all of our options, arranged a test drive and gave us time to make a decision. He knows how to build trust with customers with his knowledge of the process from start to finish. If we had any questions, he encouraged us to call his cell number, even if it would happen to be his day off. Working with Bryce Toll to complete the paperwork went very smoothly. Despite how busy the dealership was that day, we had only a brief wait to sit down with Bryce. He was very friendly and professional as he helped us complete the purchase of a new Prius. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience of working together with John and Bryce. Very efficient at getting my answers, great experience! We were very happy with our experience at Ed Martin Toyota. I was able to text with the salesman over the course of a couple of days. We were able t We were very happy with our experience at Ed Martin Toyota. I was able to text with the salesman over the course of a couple of days. We were able to go in and check out some cars. He emailed/text me a couple days later when the car we wanted was now at more of a price we were wanting. I asked him a lot of questions and had him find prices for a lot of cars for me even at the other Ed Martin dealerships and he would quickly send me the prices. I appreciate that when we live an hour away and just don't have the time to go to all of the dealerships and get the information to make an informed decision. More
