After we took delivery of the vehicle, John spent >1 h to help set up the bluetooth connection and patiently show my wife (who's not tech savvy) how to navigate the App. John is amazing! John did a great job, very responsive! It was a cash deal and it took ~3hrs, thats way too long. The $ for the trade-in was below Kelly Blue book, very disappointing.
