I was treated kindly and well. I didn't feel like I was being handled by shady salesman tactics, and I was shown a product that exceeded my expectations. Had excellent sales rep. who walked me through entire options on SUV that I wanted to order. Mohammed covered all of the changes since my last new purchase nearly 8 years ago who walked me through entire options on SUV that I wanted to order. Mohammed covered all of the changes since my last new purchase nearly 8 years ago. He also has encouraged me to see him in a week for any follow up questions after driving it for a while. Management was also first class in making this happen. Fair price on trade and new vehicle. Professional throughout. This the place to buy a vehicle. More

John did a great job, very responsive! It was a cash deal and it took ~3hrs, thats way too long. The $ for the trade-in was below Kelly Blue book, very disappointing. Had to special order van, since they had nothing on the lot. They did not offer anytype of discount off of the list price. Ed Martin Toyota needs to do a better job! More
