I’m happily married to my childhood sweetheart and best friend — 18 wonderful years together! We have five grown kids and six amazing grandkids: three boys (8, 4, 3) and three girls (4, 1, 8 months). I just bought my second new Ford from John Goodwin at Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga. I would have gone elsewhere if John and Mtn View had been anything less than 5 star! My experience at Mtn View Ford was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever had. Originally, I had placed a custom order for a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. My salesman, John Goodwin, would call me when t purchases I’ve ever had. Originally, I had placed a custom order for a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. My salesman, John Goodwin, would call me when they would get something in on the lot to see if it would work for me while I was waiting on my custom build. They happened to get a Bronco Sport Badlands in and it was everything I wanted so it was a no brainer that I wanted to buy it. Everything went smoothly and I am loving my new ride. John has been super nice and helpful and has answered MULTIPLE texts from me throughout this process! I would highly recommend John and Mtn View Ford for your next vehicle purchase! More

They were great. Ford has always been my vehicle brand of choice. I’ve been driving them for over 40 years. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga, TN. They are great. John Goodwin was my salesman. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. . Eager to answer all my questions. Logan was even willing to take the ribbing I had for Clay being on the radio pulling for the Vols even though our family are big Georgia fans. (Go Dawgs). Service department has always been very helpful and quick to fix any problem. I’m very hopeful to say if my Escape does as well as my last two vehicles I won’t be visiting them much. More
