Post purchasing customer service needs to improve from the sales team. Communication definitely needs to be better for both the sales team and service dept. I’ve made more attempts to reach out to the de the sales team. Communication definitely needs to be better for both the sales team and service dept. I’ve made more attempts to reach out to the dealership for follow ups than both departments combined. If I don’t call the dealership to follow up on the status of my part, then nothing would’ve been done. If you don’t care to obtain and retain my loyalty to your dealership then continue doing what you’re doing. More

Every is so nice and friendly at the dealership The dealership technicians are very nice,friendly and creates a no pressure environment.
