The sales transaction was completed on my schedule not the sales reps' schedule. Sales experience was not aggressive and pushy like you receive at some places. Vehicle was exactly as we agreed upon. As a longtime Honda owner, this vehicle is one of my favorites. Since I have taken possession of the vehicle Andy has been great in the service area of seeing that I receive the proper service. Absolutely love the drop off procedure for service, with email reminders, a free shuttle to my work. A consumer couldn't ask for much more from a dealership. Keep it up! No need to shop around anymore when I want my next Honda. Thank you. I would have to say that initially what pulled me into the dealership on this purchase was the email correspondence with Karen. I had inquired with multiple dealers, Karen was the only one to reply that was helpful. I would say that she built a relationship with me through the process rather than just trying to sell me a car. We'd been looking for a blue CR-V EXL with all the desired options for some time. After checking the website multiple times, there was finally one available. We left that day with the beloved CR-V after an enjoyable experience. All the guys were helpful, friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. John recently helped my mother purchase a new CRV.
