Justin Lugo took over seamlessly as my original salesman was on medical leave. He had my 5th wheel hitch removed from my trade and he helped load it up himself. Justin’s an Army vet and that service showed throughout the process. He’s been in touch with me since the sale and had a Ford accessory ordered for me. This was my first time at Mountain View Ford and I have already recommended Justin and this dealership to friends. More
