When maintenance had left for the night, but a console needed to be removed, he got the tools and did it himself! Tony is clearly a hard worker and has the customer's best interest in mind. I look forward to working with him again in the future. John was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I leased. He took a great amount of time to go over every detail of the car and made sure I was comfortable and had a good understanding of all features before leaving the lot. I recommend John quite highly. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they spent time with me on the phone explaining all the details of the vehicle I was looking at and answered all my questions. They were helpful, honest and very professional. I was so impressed that I changed my plans to make the hour drive to the dealership that day to look at the vehicle. They made a great offer for my trade in and I left with the exact vehicle I was looking for at a price I almost felt like I stole it. John, Derec and Brian were helpful and super to work with. The facility itself is brand new and immaculate - not to mention the many amazing cars they had on the floor to admire. While working on some paperwork Brian even took me around to point out some of the amazing cars. Travel the distance you need in order to get to this dealership. The experience at Mover Werks was excellent compared to other places. I made appointments at all places and all dealerships promised that the car was in the lot and ready to be checked out. When we got there, either the car was still on the road getting to the dealership or was not yet ready and needed some detailing work done. We wasted a lot of time driving to these places. When we got to Motor Werks, not only was the car ready, but it was already pulled out for us to take a ride and we saw it parked by the entrance. The staff knew who we had spoken to, what questions we had asked and who we should be meeting. They were well aware of our concerns and assured us that the vehicle was already inspected and ready to go. Although the person we were supposed to meet was occupied, he came and introduced another salesperson to take care of us. We dealt mostly with John Gregory and he seemed to be very well informed about the vehicle of our interest. He gave us all the details about the car, what the pro's and the con's were and how it compared to other vehicles we were considering. Although he gave us a lot of information about the car, at no point did he seem pushy or forceful for us to buy the car. Also, he worked with us in a very professional manner to give us the best price possible. All the staff we dealt with was very professional and helpful and went out of their ways to make us comfortable while we were there. Again, at no point did it seem that they were doing it just to earn our business. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends especially for their exceptional service. More
