Ordering the new '22 F150 XLT PowerBoost was easy though I ordered during the 21-22 model changeover and waited 4 months. Limited production availability of F150's let alone a PowerBoost and finding one on I ordered during the 21-22 model changeover and waited 4 months. Limited production availability of F150's let alone a PowerBoost and finding one on a lot with the options and color I wanted anywhere would have been near impossible. With stock shortages, there are no dealer trades either. John Grijak, my sales guy, answered my questions about the options and packages and provided details about additional features. When our order arrived, we were contacted, sent a couple pics and we set up a time to meet. I received a very fair trade allowance for my '18 F150 XLT SuperCrew and John even found current additional incentives I didn't know about at the time of the deal. This is the second F150 we purchased through John Grijak. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased at this dealership and have always been easy and no-pressure transactions with the best deal possible. The management and sales staff have always been friendly and helpful. We are treated as old friends. Service quality has been great, though delayed a little during the pandemic and staffing issues. They did their best even with part delays. We will be back for our next purchase and highly recommend this dealership! More

The salesman and his manager were easy to work with. Told them what I had to work with and they make it happen. Finance was a easy process. From out-of-state, I purchased a new F150 from Byers. Sales representative John G. was phenomenal. He picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the dealership. The truck was outside and ready to go with a full tank of gas. John helped pair my phone with Ford Connect and walked me through the entire setup so I could make my long drive home a little easier. I drove almost 4 hours to get to the dealership and I was not disappointed. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had! John G. went the extra mile to make sure I knew what I was getting before I not disappointed. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had! John G. went the extra mile to make sure I knew what I was getting before I took the trip to see the suv. In addition to the Nissan being a great price, they made sure it was fully serviced and detailed before I purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership even if you have to drive a couple of hours to get there. More
