Bill was very sensitive to my financial circumstances and arranged a great package for me. Bill had another customer to serve and he turned me over to John and he was so helpful and answered all my questions and helpful set up my new vehicle. In the finance department, Gino (hope I am spelling his name correctly) was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I had no intention of getting a new car that day but they put together such a good deal and made it very easy to make the deal. Service to new car My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. I took my 2010 Ridgeline to Jenkins to help me find where that fuse was and to help me replace it. The service department was fabulous!!!! They brought a man over to check it out right away. After a few minutes they found and replaced the fuse, allowing me to get back on the road for my 7 hour journey home. When I asked how much I owed them I was told, "Nothing, Please just consider us when you move here and need service." I just took my 2015 Civic in for an oil change and came home with a new 2017 CRV. So far we have had nothing but great service at Jenkins. More
