He knows our names, quickly looks at car history and needs, and suggests what should be done but gives customer f adviser and dealer representative. Then he gets the job done, on time unless we have added items. We considered a new car while at dealer. When leaving without a decision David said "You have been with us for a long time. We do not want to lose you. That was a nice car you looked at." David became an advocate for the dealer and car purchase--with a sincere concern. I was impressed! More
