We recently purchased a new Audi from John Hinojosa at the Audi Exchange. He was enthusiastic, polite, knowledgable and made the experience pleasant. I have shopped and purchased many autos in the past the Audi Exchange. He was enthusiastic, polite, knowledgable and made the experience pleasant. I have shopped and purchased many autos in the past and am aware of many techniques unscrupulous dealers use. I had knowledge of vehicle cost, dealer cost, holdback and the current inventories of Chicagoland dealers. I contacted John and there was no pressure, no haggling, no nonsense, he didn't have to ask a manager to make a deal. We came in and he showed us a number of vehicles that we were interested in and others available. The F & I manager Dan Fernstrom made presentations of the additional products offered and was not pushy or obstinate about it. John Hinojosa our salesman also spent over two hours demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle with a followup visit scheduled. The premises are clean, the employees are well mannered, a very open format and there are nice amenities in the customer waiting area. The general manager Mario Rogic communicated with us later and was very helpful in following up a positive experience. More
