Smitty is the MVP I came in to look at a different 4runner than the one I bought but it was at a different location and that someone else had an appointment to view it. I came in to look at a different 4runner than the one I bought but it was at a different location and that someone else had an appointment to view it. Smitty said that he would let me know what happened with it which seemed above and beyond on his part. I checked out a different one (the one I bought) in the meantime and he was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. He didn't do any sales pitch really- just laid the info out for me to decide without pressure which I really appreciated. Besides that he was really on top of everything, answered all of my questions, and even offered to stay late if necessary. Very charismatic and easy to talk to without feeling like he wants to sell you the whole dealership. I'd really recommend working with him if you're looking for a used Toyota! More
