My third Toyota purchased from Wellesley Toyota since 2009! Before I could open the door, John Imparato happened to be there and greeted me warmly, opened the door, and asked me if he could be of assistance. I said yes since I was thinking of trading my 2009 Highlander and had received an enticing offer for its trade in value. Bing, Bam, Boom and with no pressure at all, we struck a deal for a new 2019 Highlander XLE. John couldn't have been more helpful, from finding the car in the inventory to going through the features of the car I was possibly buying, to looking over the car I was trading, following up, and then getting down to what it would cost me. John was very knowledgeable. John knew I was a long time customer (for good reason) and he, like I, wanted to get it done with no hassles. That's where another super employee of Wellesley Toyota, Chris Davey, a sales manager, came in and in a no nonsense and highly impressive, efficient and friendly manner finalized the deal (in 2 min, maybe less). I then reviewed all the papers with Al Javid in finance who was also very helpful. I picked up the car the next day and I am thrilled with it. Both John, Chris and Al are exemplary of the thoughtful, friendly, competent and "the customer comes first attitude" that I have seen in most, if not all of the people I have dealt with at Wellesley Toyota, from sales to service to administration, etc. As someone once said "I'll be back!" My wife and I went in to have our 12yr old Highlander, My wife and I went in to have our 12yr old Highlander, from Wellesley Toyota, to get serviced and Matt in service gave us the news about services tha My wife and I went in to have our 12yr old Highlander, from Wellesley Toyota, to get serviced and Matt in service gave us the news about services that needed to be done, we decided to look at the newer options. John walked in to help discuss our needs we decided to look at some options. After letting John know we just realized that we had a second row of seats, we decided a Rav4 was our option; at no point were we pushed or pressured into a vehicle that did not fit our profile. We financed through Wellesley Toyota and Matthew helped get us the best deal around. Chris the sales manager made sure everything that needed to get done got done. Will recommend to anyone wanting a vehicle to go here first and go here last, no need to shop anywhere else. Everything was fantastic! More

We weren't set on buying the car that day, especially since we were getting tired of how inefficient and confusing other dealers were being during the negotiation process. John Imparato at Wellesley Toyota, however, was one of the most transparent and effective salesmen I have met in the process. He was able to negotiate down to a competitive cost and because we wanted our money going to someone like John, we ultimately signed the deal that day. More
