I was very disappointed with my recent visit . I was really disappointed with a recent visit to repair a door handle issue. Can not understand 2 hours labor for the job and swaps not given an expla I was really disappointed with a recent visit to repair a door handle issue. Can not understand 2 hours labor for the job and swaps not given an explanation from John My service writer. He dances around but provided me with no reason for the time it took. I will definitely rethink the level of honesty and competence of their mechanics. It is fixed and my car was real clean inside and out. I thank them for that for sure. More

Paul Lunde was the Sales Associate who sold me the first Z3 BMW and he has been my Sales Associate since. He is always very professional, courteous, honest and very nice. He explains everything about the car you would like to purchase, features, any questions or concerns you may have. He returns your phone calls if you have questions and when your ivehicle s delivered he explains everything in detail of the operation and functions. I recommend Paul as your next Sales Associate in puchashing your nex BMW. More
