Went in for a service to change the serpentine belt on my 2013 Sienna. I was surprised it took only an hour to get my van back. Normally it would take twice as long just to get an oil change. They were eithe 2013 Sienna. I was surprised it took only an hour to get my van back. Normally it would take twice as long just to get an oil change. They were either doing something different or they were not busy. The lady service adviser, Kanika was terrific. I called her on a Wed to schedule a next Monday appointment. I told her I needed a serpentine belt replaced and she immediately called her parts department to make sure the part was available. While a dealership shouldn’t be rated by its turn around time alone because every job is different, it’s the quality of workmanship that counts. So far, I’ve been satisfied with their work. Except for a few instances, all services done on my Sienna were performed at Wondries Toyota. More
