New Building and same Outstanding Service Finally got the opportunity to take my Toyota Camry to service my A/C and visit the brand new building. Everything was absolutely clean and very spac Finally got the opportunity to take my Toyota Camry to service my A/C and visit the brand new building. Everything was absolutely clean and very spacious. The service section is now indoors and the service advisors and customers can be comfortable and no longer outdoors like the previous location. No longer if the weather is cold, hot or raining because it is always a balmy 70 degrees inside. There are lots of space for seating and big screen televisions to occupy your time while you wait for your car to be serviced. Plenty of hot coffee and a water dispenser. My only complaint here is there is no other variety such as hot chocolate, espresso, latte, etc. just like the old machine. I suggest bringing it over? Anyways the place is lovely and most important is the same outstanding service I always receive. That part has not changed but with the added enhancements of the new building, employees wearing new colorful uniforms the experience has greatly increased. Toyota is the best! More

With respect to the new building that WONDERIES TOYOTA built the Cashier's area is very small, I felt crowed while trying to get my credit card out of my purse. I was told it would take 2 hours and would receive a phone call when it was ready. I waited in the showroom which had spotty WiFi connection and the water was out of stock on a very hot day. I never received a phone call and after 2.5 hours I went up to the desk and found out it was already serviced and they recommend more items such as air filter change. I waited another 30 min and got a call this time(I specifically requested it). They never mentioned anything about the tire issue I asked for. At this point i was too tired and went home. Toyota of Orange gave me far better service and was far more organized. Probably will not visit this dealership again. More

The customer service is exceptional as dealership service goes. Everyone is more than nice, they are helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Truly the old fashioned service with a smile. No rip off pricing either, but fair for the service repairs you need. I even drive from the valley to Alhambra in traffic for my scheduled oil changes, because I'm a customer for good and my FJ has been well maintained with them, I don't trust anyone else. I highly recommend Wondries card dealers and services. More
