Tania in Finance was deceptive. After telling her "no" several times to adding a warranty package, my husband left the room for a few minutes to empty out the car we were trading in. While he was gone, Tania told me that she would be able to get me the warranty package for free. I questioned her, but was assured that the warranty was free. After getting home and reviewing my contract, Tania charged me $1750 for the "free" coverage. I feel like Tania took advantage of me the moment she had me alone in the room with her. I returned back to the dealership days later to get this refunded, and dealt with Jordan at that time. Jordan listened to the issue, and was helpful in directing me how to cancel the warranty. Other than the deceptive financing practiced by Tania, I had a great experience at this dealership.
