I have been buying and servicing my vehicles at this dealership for over 35 years. I shop other places, but always buy where I am treated best. John Kraus makes the buying experience enjoyable, and my f dealership for over 35 years. I shop other places, but always buy where I am treated best. John Kraus makes the buying experience enjoyable, and my family loves that. We are now buying vehicles for the second generation in our family. We tell everyone that the trip to Jim Butler Chevrolet in Linn is always worth it. Best by a country mile! More

I have been buying vehicles from this dealership for over 35 years. There are multiple dealerships closer to home for me. The reason I drive an extra 30 miles each way and continue to buy and service all of 35 years. There are multiple dealerships closer to home for me. The reason I drive an extra 30 miles each way and continue to buy and service all of my vehicles at Jim Butler in Linn is because of John Kraus. John always listens to our needs and always matches those needs to the perfect vehicle. John always has the vehicle detailed and ready to go when we arrive to purchase it. John always gives his full attention to me, my wife and my children when explaining all of the vehicle features and functions. We shop other places as always, but we always buy from John at Jim Butler in the end, he is simply the best. He makes car buying a pleasure and my family loves that. More

The service I received on my vehicle was not good because this dealership does not communicate. I simply had a blown fuse, had an appointment at 9:30, a hard deadline for a 3:00 pm pickup, and zero communic this dealership does not communicate. I simply had a blown fuse, had an appointment at 9:30, a hard deadline for a 3:00 pm pickup, and zero communication until I called at 3:30. No return call after being told they would call me back in 10 minutes. Ended up leaving the vehicle overnight and had to call them the following morning to find out the status. When I picked up the vehicle, the receptionist had an attitude, paid the bill without a simple, "thanks" or "I'm sorry", was given the keys and they said "it's out there somewhere". Definitely regret purchasing the vehicle at Jim Butler and will only take it back for service when dealing with an issue that only they can repair. More
