Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. You are absolutely right to be frustrated, and we sincerely apologize. We dropped the ball on this visit, and that is on us. Clear communication is a basic expectation, and we failed to provide timely updates, missed our commitment to call you back, and did not respect your pickup deadline. That is not how we expect our service department to operate. On top of that, the interaction at pickup fell well short of the courtesy and professionalism you should always receive, and we are very sorry for that as well. This is not a common practice at our dealership, but that does not excuse your experience.
