WOW, exceptional customer service. From beginning to end, everyone I interacted with at this dealership was happy to answer questions, help and made a good example what customer service should be like. Es everyone I interacted with at this dealership was happy to answer questions, help and made a good example what customer service should be like. Especially Jason the GM who went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact car I wanted and even offered without me even having to ask to make sure I temporarily had a car for the family while the Jeep we wanted was delivered. Another major positive with this dealership is their pricing compared to other dealership, they are fair and up front with no hidden fees or games I’ve seen other dealers try to play. 10/10! More

Have always bought Honda’s. Our daughter wanted a Jeep so we went to David Dodge. Great until after we signed papers and left lot! We where told first three oil changes where free. Now it’s time for fi so we went to David Dodge. Great until after we signed papers and left lot! We where told first three oil changes where free. Now it’s time for first oil change and of course no one remembers ever telling us that! Still waiting in a call (2 weeks now) for the sales manager to call me back! The guy who sold us the car has gotten our sale so he’s moved on ignoring my phone message also! Definitely NOT good customer service! I’ll stick with Honda! Will never go back!! More

Very welcoming, Aubrey was a huge help on the phone. They are really the reason that we came back in Thursday and cemented the Deal. Both of our sales guys (Dave on the original test drive wed night and the are really the reason that we came back in Thursday and cemented the Deal. Both of our sales guys (Dave on the original test drive wed night and then John on Thursday night) were accommodating and made us comfortable. The whole staff was very helpful, very professional and no BS. The actual paperwork process once we made our minds up was very smooth, Jan was a dream to work with. By the time we were done the paperwork the detail team had her sitting out front, sparkling and ready to roll. Looking forward to future business here. More
