This dealership showed exactly why people hate dealing with car sales. I was given a firm offer by John Lafabregue — then out of nowhere they took it back and came back with an even worse one. If that’s not bait-and-switch, I don’t know what is. If they can’t honor their own numbers for more than five minutes, what does that say about how they operate? Completely unprofessional, misleading, and a total waste of time. I won’t be back, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before trusting them with anything. More

I have owned a Tundra in the past and wanted another one. We saw the Tundra I purchased on a search engine. On our way home from a wonderful relaxing beach vacation we decided to stop at the dealership to se We saw the Tundra I purchased on a search engine. On our way home from a wonderful relaxing beach vacation we decided to stop at the dealership to see if the truck and price were what I was looking for. Met Roy Fouty on the steps and we connected. His card says " Sales Professional " and he lives up to that. He offered a test drive the truck i was interested in so we drove about a half mile, turned around and went to his desk where we completed the deal. It was that quick! Roy is a great guy and would certainly buy from him again. Remember, however, I did buy a Tundra so I will not need a new truck for 10 years. Hope Roy is around then! In the meantime, do yourself a favor and ask for Roy so you can experience the fun of buying a new vehicle, the way it should be. More
