I have bought over a dozen vehicles for myself over the decades and have helped a number of family and friends across several states purchase cars. It’s not always a pleasant experience for folks to buy ve decades and have helped a number of family and friends across several states purchase cars. It’s not always a pleasant experience for folks to buy vehicles and I’m happy to assist. I will say that Patriot GMC is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the moment I sent an email inquiry, Sarah enthusiastically and quickly responded to all my questions. Believe it or not, not all salespeople do that. I’ve been searching for the right truck for over a year and I have received canned responses “when can you test drive?” On repeat or even been ghosted by salespeople for asking for pictures of the truck or asking for additional info. Sarah was happy to answer all questions and ran right outside to take additional pics for me. When we went to test drive the vehicle the General Manager John came out to welcome us and help us with any questions as well. There was no pressure just information and that’s amazing considering it’s such a hot full truck market. It took two weeks for us to make this purchase as John, Sarah and Ben worked to find the lowest rate for us. Sarah worked tirelessly and texted me every day. She treated me like this was a $80,000 purchase not a $30,000 purchase. I felt like a Queen! She made sure that I got everything I needed and was happy with the truck. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Sarah even delivered the truck herself to my house one hour away with a full tank of gas! From now on when I or someone else needs a car I’m going to just look out on the Patriot GMC new or used car site for what I need or contact the team. They were extremely respectful of what I was looking for and really wanted to help. They’re an extremely professional, fun, energetic group that make you feel right at home! More
