Lee helped us look at cars Saturday. John was the manager. Ran credit said all was good. We were leaving town until Wednesday. They said not a problem can sign papers when we get back. T John was the manager. Ran credit said all was good. We were leaving town until Wednesday. They said not a problem can sign papers when we get back. They would contact us Monday if there was any issues! Lee assured us the keys would be locked in his desk! Fast forward to Wednesday we get a text message from Lee telling us the car has been sold sorry! When we called him he says they needed to make a sale for the end of the month and we weren’t home so they sold it to someone else. What’s done is done. This is not how a business should be ran! They knew prior to us even looking we would be gone until Wednesday and kept saying it wasn’t an issue at all! They only cared about making a sale not about screwing us over. I will also add they have no more and advised us to go somewhere else after all of this! Hopefully this review will help someone else not get screwed over! More
