Once I purchased the car, before we left the dealer, Joe Gio our saleman went over almost every option to make sure I knew how to use the vehicle. Shelby the concierge that I had met with, called to make sure I was able to work everything on the vehicle and walked me through steps to use some options. My husband had some mechanical questions and spoke with the service writer/mechanics for answers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Joe Rizza Ford/Lincoln. More

Joey did all the heavy lifting making sure the transition from my old vehicle to the new one was easy and simple. Vehicles these days have so much technology and features that understanding everything can be a little overwhelming. Joey Gio was very patient taking the time to explain everything about my new vehicle to me until I was able to navigate on my own. Joey Gio is #1 . If you need a car Joey Gio is the man to see. Great dealership and everyone was friendly and helpful. From top management to the guys who washed and cleaned up my truck. Also gotta give a shout out to Shelby.
