Rip Off This is the 3rd Genesis that I have purchased from Coastal Hyundai and John Lyon. The window sticker shows a price of $70,000 + I was NEVER shown this This is the 3rd Genesis that I have purchased from Coastal Hyundai and John Lyon. The window sticker shows a price of $70,000 + I was NEVER shown this. I traded 2 almost new very low mileage premium cars including a 2015 Genesis with 10,400 miles. After going over the figures with Mr Lyon I drove the new G90 home. When I got home I then saw the Window sticker for the FIRST timed. There was an additional $7100 + ADD ON "Market Adjustment" It seems that THIS was the price that I was dealing with. I called and complained. Drove back down the next day and talked to the Business Manager ? I got a small deduction. Let me say that this is my fault. "Let the Buyer Beware" I wasn't. I am 86 and not in good health. This is my LAST new car purchase. I feel that I am a victim of fraud, elder abuse and a victim of my own stupidity. I TRUSTED John Lyon and the REST of Coastal Hyundai. I do not trust them now. I live in a 12,000 person. retirement community. They will hear of this from me. More

Great experience, they won't waste your time I bought my new Genesis Coupe at the same time that I was buying a new car for my wife from Infiniti. Even though we were both return customers to our I bought my new Genesis Coupe at the same time that I was buying a new car for my wife from Infiniti. Even though we were both return customers to our respective manufacturers and dealerships (I had a Genesis sedan, she had an Infiniti JX35), our treatment was completely opposite. At Coastal Hyundai, the salesman (John Lyons) that sold me my previous car had me at great deal on the new car from the start, got me what I wanted on my trade-in and extras, and got me in and out with a test drive, all the paperwork done and delivery with just a couple of visits during my lunch hours. Meanwhile, at Infiniti, they were screwing around with monthly payments (while trying to fool us with selling at MSRP), switching the interest rate to a much higher rate, trying to throw in an extended warranty for an extra $2k and not mentioning it, the "let me take this to my manager and see what he can do for you" bullcrap...two weeks of aggravation and wasted time that eventually led us to stop dealing with them and go to a new dealership. Let me just say that my experience has led to an appreciation for how I was treated by John and Coastal, it's a relief not to have to deal with that kind of old school treatment of wearing the buyer down and game playing (wasting my time). I will absolutely do business with Coastal again, and I've already been recommending them to my co-workers and friends. More

Second New Sonata This is the second new Sonata we purchased from Coastal, the first being our 2002 Sonata. It had over 180K miles on it and we traded it on on the 2016 Sonata. We dealt with the Internet sales lead, John Lyons, and had a price worked out before we visited the dealership. John and his assistant Anthony took very good care of my wife an I. We had negotiated on a silver Sonata, but when we got there, it was sold, but they showed us a gray Sonata SE, which we liked more than the silver one. We were able to get our USAA car buying service price as well as military and loyalty discounts in addition to Hyundai incentives. It was a very pleasurable experience and we love the new car. More
