We had a small mix-up as to whether the side windows were tinted or not. John Lyons got right on it and had me come back the next day to resolve the issue. I had to come back anyway because of a misunderst tinted or not. John Lyons got right on it and had me come back the next day to resolve the issue. I had to come back anyway because of a misunderstanding with Jeff as to the final payment and to rewrite a new check. In the end everything turned out fine and all in all it was a good experience. John and Jeff were more than helpful with any questions I had and Rand also did an outstanding job on familiarizing me with all the controls, knobs and switches in my new Tucson.
