Satisfied customer I love my new 2019 CRV. John is a very helpful no pressure professional salesman. My only complaint is that the process took over 4 hours. Ever I love my new 2019 CRV. John is a very helpful no pressure professional salesman. My only complaint is that the process took over 4 hours. Every dealer has the same problem. Definitely room for improvement in that area. I'd rather come back to finish the deal than spend half .my day off waiting around. More

Service needs work The cashier’s office and treatment of customers after they pay for the service needs improvement. The young lady who handled my billing was not very nice like she was doing me a favor. Left the booth with my credit card never explained why she would take it out if my site. After I returned they couldnt find my keys. She finally told me they were probably washing it I should wait snd wave the valet down. After waiting my car wasnt being washed. Went back inside to ask where my car was. It was only then that they sent a valet to find my car which was parked sinewhere. More

I travel 45 mins each way to go to that dealership, rather than the one 3 miles from my home, bc they are sooooo much nicer to deal with. This time, however, I went in for an “express” oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours- they said they were badly backed up, when I inquired, after an hour and a half had gone by. While I understand that happens, the service person taking in my vehicle should have disclosed that before they took my car away, in which case I would have made my decision about whether or not to reschedule the oil change for a better time. Other wise I would have given a 5 star rating. Love Atlantic Honda! More

John was extremely knowledgable answered all my questions directly, honestly and precisely. John took care of all the details and paper work and was most courteous and timely.
