I found a very good lease offer online for the Honda Pilot and inquired about the special. The following morning I was called promptly by the internet business development manager who clearly articulated to me the lease special and specifically what would be due at signing. After car hunting for 2 weeks and getting very frustrated with bait and switch tactics at other dealerships, at this dealership the advertised lease special was true and accurate. Mr. Marshall was my product specialist and was highly professional and accommodating. I actually needed to have my current vehicle (CR-V) inspected by a third party before I turned it in and Mr. Marshall took ownership of the situation and allowed me to leave my vehicle and provide access to the inspector. This task is not part of his job description but he went above and beyond to help me out. At the end of my lease I would totally come back here and request John Marshall specifically. More

Lease to buyout I ended up at Atlantic Honda back in 2012 to look at cars and happily walked out with my first car, a 2012 accord. 3 years later it was time to trade I ended up at Atlantic Honda back in 2012 to look at cars and happily walked out with my first car, a 2012 accord. 3 years later it was time to trade in that lease, and I again happily walked out with another accord, this time a 2015. Being a 20something female, it's sad but safe to assume that some places might try to oversell me or con me into something different. Having a background in sales myself, and family in the auto industry the car buying experience was something I had prepared for but ended up not needing. Both experiences were wonderful, very low pressure, and easily explained. By the luck of rotation in 2012 I ended up with John Marshall as my salesman who I absolutely loved. With every interaction he completely respected that I knew what I was looking for, and didn't try to push any additionals on me or talk me into getting something else. There's a reason why he has so many awards over the years! With both leases, I ended up with the same finance person Charles, who was a perfect counterpart to John. Not pushy in the slightest, and super helpful. This past monday I went in to buy out my lease as none of the new models have caught my eye. The whole interaction took quite some time, but it was the end of the month and they were pretty busy so I wasn't in a rush. My only disappointment in buying out my lease is not dealing with John again in 3 years! Whenever I'm ready for a new car, I'll be coming back here. Huge thanks to John and the entire Atlantic Honda team behind him! More
