I would absolutely recommend John, he was very easy going and such a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the best possible deal and made it happen. After a month of emails with Kristen about purchasing the 2013 Civic and getting information about the car, I finally got into their showroom. I was introduced to senior sales rep. John Marshall who got everything done quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Finance manager Kenneth was able to get me a great deal despite my subpar credit and Kaitlyn went through all of the contracts and paperwork in a simple, easy to understand way to close out the deal. I was in and out of their showroom in a short amount of time with a new vehicle that I am very happy with. Kudos to all down at Atlantic Honda! More

started off very well .price was good salesperson very nice.but as soon as a another cust was available.i was complettly forgotten about.i waited about an hour to an hour and a half before anyone came ov nice.but as soon as a another cust was available.i was complettly forgotten about.i waited about an hour to an hour and a half before anyone came over.this is after i purchaced a new car.all i had left to do was sign paper work.it took me resting my head on a car in the showroom and almost falling asleep before anyone even noticed me.so i would say it was definitly not a possitive experence for me. It's refreshing to have a salesperson who listens to what features you want and doesn't make false promises. We wanted to buy the car immediately and he was very honest about the availability of colors. He gave us the best price with none of the hassles!! When we picked up the car, he spent quite a bit of time with us demonstrating all of the features, pairing our phones, making sure that we comfortable with the navigation system. He did not pressure me at all to make a decision and was genuinely showing me all of the possibilities and different options. Once I decided to buy the car, he spent a significant amount of time setting me up with the car and showing me all of the functions. I was really impressed by that mostly because the dealership was relatively busy and I had already purchased the car so he could have easily walked away. He was very thorough and was sincerely trying to make my experience at Atlantic Honda great. In addition to having excellent sales people, one of the managers also stood out. Rob Kiernan, went out of his way to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. He also was very genuine in trying to find the best option for me. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the different models and the car buying process. He walked me through every step of the process and never pressured me to make a decision. Everyone at Atlantic Honda was very friendly and I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. I highly recommend Atlantic Honda to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More
