I had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. I came from Milwaukee, WI and was Greeted by John who assisted me over the phone before I traveled there. I was there for all of maybe 3 time I left. I came from Milwaukee, WI and was Greeted by John who assisted me over the phone before I traveled there. I was there for all of maybe 3-4 hours and left same day with the vehicle I came to test drive! That meant a lot to me considering he knew I didn't want to waste anytime and wanted to leave with the truck I wanted. He had things lined up for easier process. He was great and funny. I had a few minor issues in finance and Jeff helped me get through them and understand. he did not let me leave without understanding the terms of my finance paperwork. He was awesome!
