Amazing buying experience with John Mavraganis! My wife and I were shopping nationwide for the right vehicle and came across one listed at Muller’s Woodfield Acura. We immediately inquired on it, having it and I were shopping nationwide for the right vehicle and came across one listed at Muller’s Woodfield Acura. We immediately inquired on it, having it been listed that day. John from the first phone call was amazing! Answering all of our questions and forwarding us all the information he had on the vehicle as quick as humanly possible. He provided us with detailed videos going over the vehicles condition inside and out, insured everything was functioning as it should for us. We were skeptical of buying a vehicle sight unseen without a test drive. The many phone calls I had with John insured me we had nothing to worry about though. He was genuine, honest, and caring. He knew this was a big purchase for our growing family and from the way he spoke I knew I could take his word for things. We got a deposit down and flight booked for a day later and John was there to greet me as I got out of the Uber. Overall we couldn’t have asked for an easier out of state buying process, couple of hiccups but was all handled very well by John and all of the staff at Muller’s Woodfield Acura! We love the vehicle and the 6+ hour drive back was well worth it, thanks again for the awesome buying experience John! Cody More
