Answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and more importantly provided incredible service. He was very accommodating and helpful. The trade in went very smoothly and the appraisal was done before we were back from the test drive of our Town and Country. everything was seamless, and even John, the finance manager was awesome.. He made the worst part of buying a car seem very unstressful. I want to thank all who helped through what turned out to be a very easy process. Best buying experience ever I've been purchasing cars for more than 40 years, and there have been many, this is absolutely the best experience I've ever had. The entire team was I've been purchasing cars for more than 40 years, and there have been many, this is absolutely the best experience I've ever had. The entire team was polite, professional, and extremely personable! Even the people that I didn't deal with directly. I was hesitant to drive 85 miles from home, when there are several dealers located just a sort distance away. Many of which I've dealt with. I am also in sales and treat people the same way that I was treated, unfortunately you don't usually find that the entire staff operates the same way. There are times that I actually cringe at the thought of dealing with sales people. KUDOS to the entire staff. I will certainly spread the word and no doubts about me being a repeat customer. As I get to the bottom of this survey, I can honestly say if the was a rating better than excellent, I would have given it on friendliness and price. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. More
