Regularly scheduled maintenance I had my 2012 Ford Edge serviced by Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for the regularly scheduled maintenance which include oil change, oil filter change, I had my 2012 Ford Edge serviced by Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for the regularly scheduled maintenance which include oil change, oil filter change, tire check, tire rotation and fluid top off. It has been my practice in the past to perform these items myself. I am planning a driving vacation and wanted the service to be completed before my departure. I went to do my car preparation before I left and found that the dealer had completed all the maintenance items I normally preform. Their service was prompt, courteous and complete. They are incredibly fair, customer minded and always deliver with you in mind.....customer first. I must also mention that their service department is the best around....period. This time my salesman was Jeremy Bloom. I highly recommend him to anyone going to this dealership with interest in a new ride. He was personable, professional and went WAY out of his way to make sure I ended up with what I was looking for and then some. Thanks Jeremy and to all at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville.
