Trading in my 2009 Nissan frontier for a 2019 Jeep compass latitude with 31,892 miles on it was told the payment would be 530 a month when I got the paperwork from Capital One it’s 544 a month after I compass latitude with 31,892 miles on it was told the payment would be 530 a month when I got the paperwork from Capital One it’s 544 a month after I picked it up. Noticed it was making a rattling noise in the front end called the dealership the next day to make an appointment dropped it off on Monday, March 9. They started the inspection at 9:44 AM. Finally just got a hold of somebody saying that the rack and pinion and inner tie rod and need to be replaced when I asked about a loaner they said they don’t have one and they don’t have a rental and then they parts won’t be there for two days and then I said so what you’re saying is I can’t get to work for two days. I have no way to get back for to work he said yes, not too happy. More
