Went into the dealership at 9:30am today 1/20/22 about the 2012 Mercedes E 350. Spoke to Keith Hartness, General Manager. I gave him my name stated I left several messages,and voicmails. He stated ok with the 2012 Mercedes E 350. Spoke to Keith Hartness, General Manager. I gave him my name stated I left several messages,and voicmails. He stated ok with no concern. Told him the reason I was there,and he look at me as if I wasn't worth his time. He told me there's nothing he could do and there was no warranty on the car when I was told there was a 2 month. I bought this car less then 2 weeks ago, and they have my money and fail to at least check it out. I left very disappointed, and I told Mr Keith Hartness, General Manager that will be writing a review and filing a complaint with the BBB. He made some racist remark and when I asked what did he say he did not respond. ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ***** More
