John was great. Then it took two hours to get or paperwork. Thats was with an appointment specific for the paperwork. That’s nuts and basically just unprofessional. I know your F and I doesn’t work for Ben Davis makes it makes your dealership look terrible. Service never cleaned my truck beyond a basic exterior wash. Debris/trash was left through the truck especially in the center console. Happy to work with John any time. Ben Davis not so much. More
