The only thing I have to say is that on both occasions I was at the dealership, my time was wasted. Around 2 hours in total. I had to be to work both days and my paperwork wasn't ready and such. At 1 point I was just a few minutes late, and I know theres a process but I wish there had been a printer of all things at the other site so he could print it right there. With the dealership having been there so long, it would be very helpful to have the necessary equipment right at hand. Other than that I was given a great deal and a good experience. More

I had found a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus for 21,393. and it was on Autotrader for 21,073 contacted the dealer and talked to a Kevin he could of car I had found a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus for 21,393. and it was on Autotrader for 21,073 contacted the dealer and talked to a Kevin he could of cared less about selling wanted me to pay $500.deposit I said I'm coming 3hrs away if I liked it I'd buy it ,never heard back so call back the next day ask for a women and Jill was helpful I drove in rain ,freezing rain,and snow got there 6pm she was very nice :I drove the Terrain ended up buying it ,this has got to be the cheapest dealership I've ever dealt with paid in full no financing, 1) no gas in it :ask do u get a full tank: answer, No 2) got a 30 day tag ask do u get a license plate cover? No you get a piece of paper which is the tag in a plastic cover with 2- screws the most cheapest it's nothing I've ever experienced in my 40yrs of buying a car a only my 2nd used and I would never go back or refer anyone was told I will call you tomorrow to make sure all went well and you liked it what a joke no call : I felt and wished I would of paid extra money and went somewhere else that was glad to sell to you they didn't care , More

We live 3 ½ hours from this dealer, so all our dealing with Tom was done over the phone or by e-mail. Tom was able to work with us to get us the Truck we wanted for the price we need to be at. When we arrived the truck was ready to go, all we had to do was sign papers which were all filed in and waiting for us to sign. The longest wait we had was waiting to see the finance guy this was only due to them having one guy that day (on a Saturday) because they had a call in of their other finance guy, something beyond their control. Our only thing we wish we would have had better experience was with our truck walk through. Jill, our sales person who was assigned to us as we did all this over the internet, did not know about Ford trucks. She informed us that she sold Chevy Trucks why they assigned a Chevy salesperson to us when we were buying a Ford was a bit disappointing. She did get us a Ford sales person John who did go over all the ins and outs of the truck. I felt bad for John because he spent the most time with us going over things. I felt John should have been assigned our deal and not Jill. Jill was very accommodating to us and very nice, and I am sure an excellent sales person for Chevy. However, when I buy a Ford truck I want that person to know their product. More
