My husband and I just had such a great visit and experience with John Michael. From start to finish, he was very friendly, helpful, and could hold a conversation! He was not like your average pushy experience with John Michael. From start to finish, he was very friendly, helpful, and could hold a conversation! He was not like your average pushy salesperson. He was there for us and what we were looking for. Although we loved the Outback, the STI pretty much stole our hearts—especially my husband’s! He’s been wanting one for the longest time. We do have to wait since the one he wants is not on the lot. But I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait. My lease for my Ascent is coming up Dec 2021 and from the experience we had with John Michael, I would love to come back and work with him when it comes time to either purchase or lease another Subaru. We had to leave because we have a puppy at home who needed to be let out. He was totally understanding yet took time to ensure we took care of what was needed before we left. Thanks John Michael! I went in to buy my first car and was constantly hit with struggles. I felt like I was constantly getting the excuse “it’s a used car”. While this was true, I felt like the whole truth wasn’t ever told. One struggles. I felt like I was constantly getting the excuse “it’s a used car”. While this was true, I felt like the whole truth wasn’t ever told. One bump, stain, scratch after another I’d ask about and it was like they’d never seen it. I understand there are a lot of used cars at a dealership but to be blow off or dumbfounded by each thing a customer is bringing up felt misleading and sketchy. While that might have not been the case, I wish the car salesmen would have been more upfront about all the miscomings of the car because as I find a new hiccup everyday, I have to come back to the dealership and frankly while everyone is so nice it just is a hassle and makes me regret buying the car...of which I cant do anything now. After bringing my boyfriend and Dad for different parts of the project, as 2 well versed in cars and buying vehicles, they too were frustrated with the staff and felt slighted. More
