The salesman was great — but everything after that has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a used vehicle they claimed had been fully inspected and in “excellent condition.” That was a lie. On my drive home the power steering light came on and the steering wheel locked up, making the car unsafe to drive. I immediately contacted the dealership and had AAA tow it back. They told me it was “just the battery,” so I paid to replace it. The issue happened again. I sent the car back. They claimed they “couldn’t duplicate the problem.” I drove it home again — and the same dangerous failure happened within 5 miles. Only on the third return did they finally admit they could duplicate the issue… and then refused to cover a single dollar of the repair. Now I’m stuck with a $3,800 repair bill for a car I’ve owned for barely two weeks. This dealership hides behind excuses, refuses accountability, and sells vehicles that are clearly not properly inspected. If you value honesty, safety, or basic customer service, avoid Arlington Nissan at all costs. More

John, the sales person I dealt with, was a very easy going and good guy and was very helpful. While there was a small misunderstanding between the price on the web and what was presented to me, the sal going and good guy and was very helpful. While there was a small misunderstanding between the price on the web and what was presented to me, the sales manager took care of everything and honored the deal that was advertised. The gentlemen who handled financing was very helpful and easy to deal with. I will work with them all in the future. More
