I have had an intermittent issue with my steering/wheel wells, and the technician and service personnel have been patient and diligent to try to locate and repair the issue. This was my 2nd time taking my vehicle to this location. Each time the staff was friendly and efficient. I always schedule my oil change in the early morning slots and the vehicle is ready with in an hour. Each time the staff was friendly and efficient. I always schedule my oil change in the early morning slots and the vehicle is ready with in an hour. Super convenient. This last time I made the mistake of hitting a diagnostic check instead of just an oil change and John ( I believe that was his name) was transparent and explained that my car didn't need to be put through a diagnostic check if nothing was going on out of the normal. He could have just charged us the extra $100+, but instead he just cancelled the service and did the oil change. Very happy with their service and professionalism. More
