In my first attempt at this review, I was initially disappointed in the trade-in value that they offered for my vehicle, but after talking to a manager after the sale, it cleared up my confusion. Tom and Pat were both very professional and seemed genuinely interested in making my opinion heard, and I really appreciate that. The one slight issue is that I was given no wiggle room on new vehicle pricing and negotiation. I jokingly asked if I could get a Nissan hat from their display case thrown into the deal, and it was a resounding no. Seems a bit absurd that you can't throw a $10 hat into a $35,000+ purchase. Obviously missing out on a hat isn’t a big deal, but it highlighted that the negotiation process wasn’t as smooth of an experience as I believe it could be. More
