The experience was xxxx near perfect, and im very happy over all. The one issue that kept the dealer score at 4 stars was my car had no gas in it. Other then that i fully recomend Nissan of Eau Clair, these guys aim to please and there service and people skills are outstanding. Communication was steller. So please check these guys out without worry. Thanks guys!! More

Bought used from them, vehicle didn’t match buyer guide and had issues present that weren’t disclosed. Brought into Eau Claire Chrysler and upon inspection the brake booster was bad with open recall and th and had issues present that weren’t disclosed. Brought into Eau Claire Chrysler and upon inspection the brake booster was bad with open recall and the water pump was leaking with incorrect coolant in the engine. Service records show that One Auto’s “reconditioning center” put a radiator in the vehicle and filled the coolant. Not a good look in my opinion. Management did not want to acknowledge my complaints at first, wouldn’t answer emails or give me anything in writing. After almost a month and being told different quotes and issues between Nissan and Chrysler I had to cough up half of the cost of repair. The brake booster is still bad as the parts are on “back order”. The finance manager that I trusted to guide me through the purchase process was incorrect about the cost of gap insurance by saying that they are dictated by the bank and charge the same amount as RCU for a gap insurance policy. Turns out RCU charges 400 and I ended up with Nissans 1000 dollar policy that is the same coverage. Do NOT let them talk you into getting gap through the dealership. Finish the paperwork at your bank and get the banks policy. I requested that they cancel the policy, and the finance manager assured me it was cancelled. 2 months later I followed up because the money hadn’t returned and was told it “seems like this one slipped thru” and they would get it this time. I will now have to wait another month to see if my bank gets the money back from them. If buying used, get the vehicle inspected before you pay them, once they got my money they stopped being friendly. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and will not buy or service anything with One Auto again. More

Conner is such a polite young man who knows his stuff! He was professional and personable during the whole process. He shared about his family and we shared about ours. I felt like I could talk to him He was professional and personable during the whole process. He shared about his family and we shared about ours. I felt like I could talk to him all day. When he brought out my car it was PERFECT! Then he took the time to go through all the options on my vehicle and also asked if I had questions. Really the whole Nissan team is so polite and John also made an effort to get me what I needed and together they were spot on. I am planning my future vehicles from Eau Claire Nissan. They really are the best! More

Connor Johnsen was helpful and easy to work with through the test drive, negotiation, and signing for the purchase. Not only was it easy to do business, but they kicked it up a notch and came through with free delivery to our home 60 miles away and a full tank of gas! We are very happy customers.
