Johnny was a wealth of information about the used Bolts, answering every question and walking us through the differences between models. We found one that was exactly what we’d been looking for. After stepping away to contact a few dealerships in Los Angeles, we realized the deal here couldn’t be beat. We decided to pull the trigger, and Johnny made the entire process smooth and efficient. He got us out the door quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our time in Portland. Now, a few weeks later and back in L.A., we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Alex was more knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in than several other salespeople I have talked with recently, especially with the tech specs on the Bolt EV that I wound up buying. Came in to look for a bolt ev. I thought the newer the year, the better, but John, my salesman, helped educate me that newer doesn't mean better!
