We have been working with them for 3 years with leases and a recent purchase. The professionalism and care is outstanding! The latest salesman that worked with us was John Nicholson. He was fantastic! He understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and was not the least bit "pushy" with his sales approach. He was very pleasant on the phone and followed up with his offers and had everything in order with Branden Lamberson (the finance person) when we arrived. What a good experience! Also, the service department is like no other that I have been to. We have serviced our vehicles for the past three years with them..... Again, most professional, and "on time" which is greatly appreciated in this busy world of ours. We will always do busniness with Toyota in Panama City! Best experience EVER! More
