The sales part of my transaction was great, John is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. The finance department was the worst. I went in with an 800 credit score and 25,000 down, my paymen of the best sales people I have ever worked with. The finance department was the worst. I went in with an 800 credit score and 25,000 down, my payment was suppose to be 469.00 for 48 months. As soon as I walked in to the finance department the payment was changed to over 600.00 at 63 months with everything he was trying to add on. The finance department only cared about selling all the extra warranties and maintenance plans to the point he started talking about how bad Toyota reliability is. I explained to the finance person my current car was built by Toyota in 2004 and I put 275,000 miles on it. In 20 years I have never broke down and that was the reason I was buying a Toyota. More
